How to use
Formula 1 Healthy Meal: gently shake the canister before each use. To prepare a shake, mix two scoops of powder (26 g) with 250 ml of cold, semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat), or with 250 ml of fortified soy beverage for a vegan-friendly shake. Each shake provides 18 g of protein when prepared with semi-skimmed milk.
Instant Herbal Beverage: gently shake the canister before each use. Mix ½ teaspoon (1.7 g) with 200–240 ml of hot or cold water. Drink one or two glasses a day; one serving contains 87.5 mg of caffeine.
